Director and producer Gökhan Pekdemir was the guest of the Academy–Industry Meetings organized by the Department of Radio, Television and Cinema at Başkent University Faculty of Communication.

The event, held on Monday, April 20, 2026 at 13:30 in the Prof. Dr. Abdullah Demirtaş Conference Hall, addressed the impact of digitalization and artificial intelligence on contemporary production processes, the changing roles of directors and producers, the transforming economic conditions of production, and the evolution of directing from set management to system management.
